Shipping & Returns

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery on any item. We always aim to ship your order for delivery the same or next working day.

This means you should receive your products within 5-7 working days from when the funds clear in our banking systems. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an order you have placed with us.

Some items may require special delivery that are not covered by our general carriage rates and you will need to call us to be quoted before the order is processed. If you see a message saying " We are not shipping this item to your location", this means we will require arrangements to be discussed for a delivery.

We can only deliver to UK mainland addresses.
Please call for rates to non-mainland addresses before placing your order.

All deliveries are subject to stock and availability by any of our suppliers.

Please note none of the delivery schedules are guaranteed.
